Broiled or Barbecued Salmon

with: Ginger Pepper Jelly

Salmon Steaks or Fillets

½ cube butter


1/2 Jar Carol Halls Ginger Pepper Jelly

Rinse and pat fish dry.

Put butter and Carol Hall’s Ginger Pepper Jelly in ceramic bowl and microwave for one minute. Butter and Pepper Jelly should be melted. Stir them together with a basting brush.

Brush this sauce on the fish and broil or barbecue as usual.
