Grilled Salmon with Ginger Orange Mustard Glaze

with: Smokey Garlic Mustard

1/4 C Smokey Garlic Mustard

1/4 C fresh orange juice

1/2 C tamari or soy sauce

1/4 C cream sherry

2 Tbls. grated, fresh ginger

4 (6 oz.) Salmon filets (1" thick)

Cooking spray

Green onion spray



Combine orange juice, tamari or soy sauce, sherry, Carol Hall's Smoky Garlic Mustard, ginger, and honey in a large zip top bag; add salmon, seal and marinate in the refrigeratorfor 30 minutes.

Remove salmon from the bag and reserve liquid. Prepare grill or broiler. Place salmon on grill, and cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily. Baste frequently with marinade while cooking. Boil the remaining marinade and serve with the salm0n hot off the grill. Accompany with rice and a garden salad.
