Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1 egg

1 tsp minced garlic

5 oz sharp cheese


8 Oz. Carol Halls Ginger Pepper Jelly

Combine the cream cheese, egg, garlic, and sharp cheese in a food processor. Add 4 oz of Carol Hall’s Ginger Pepper Jelly. Pour into oiled spring form pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Place a pan of water in the oven to keep the cake moist. Cool completely and top with more pepper jelly. Serve with sliced baguettes or crisp crackers.
