Leslie’s Coleslaw

  • 1/2 Cabbage (small) thinly sliced
  • 1 or 2Carrots, grated or julienned
  • 1/4 Yellow or White Onion, grated

Toss the above in a large bowl.

Ina small bowl, mix:

  • 1/4 cup Carol Hall’s Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 t Celery Seed

Mix dressing well and add to cabbage mixture to coat.   Stir before servingCan also add grated green or red bell pepper and purple cabbage, or purchased coleslaw in a bag.  Serves 3 to 4.
