- 1/2 Cabbage (small) thinly sliced
- 1 or 2Carrots, grated or julienned
- 1/4 Yellow or White Onion, grated
Toss the above in a large bowl.
Ina small bowl, mix:
- 1/4 cup Carol Hall’s Red Pepper Jelly
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 t Celery Seed
Mix dressing well and add to cabbage mixture to coat. Stir before servingCan also add grated green or red bell pepper and purple cabbage, or purchased coleslaw in a bag. Serves 3 to 4.
