Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 5 oz sharp cheese
  • 8 oz of your favorite Caroll Hall's pepper jelly

Combine the cream cheese, egg, garlic and sharp cheese in a food processor. Add 4 oz of pepper jelly. Pour into an oiled spring pan and bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Place a pan of water in the oven to keep the cake moist. Cool completely and top with more pepper jelly. Serve with sliced baguettes or crackers.
