Pork Loin Roast glazed with Apricots

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2-4T soy sauce (to taste)
  • 1 jar Carol Hall's Apricot Jam
  • water as needed
  • Pork Loin Roast

Heat sugar, butter, soy sauce, Carol Hall's Apricot Jam and water in a saucepan. Cook to desired consistency for a marinade. Marinate for 1 hour. Drain. Roast in 325 oven until just done (time depends on size). Baste often during roasting to prevent drying. Remove from the oven, reheat remaining marinade and serve on the side for extra flavor.
